What are the fees associated with applying for U.S. citizenship, and are there any financial assistance options for low-income applicants?

From what I know, a $640 application fee and an $85 biometrics fee. low-income people can actually qualify for something called a fee waiver or reduced fees through Form I-912.

The cost for applying for U.S. citizenship is $725 now, but if you don't have much money, you might be able to get a fee cut or waiver with Form I-912.
