Under what circumstances can someone be deported from the U.S.?

  • From my understanding its things such as Aggravated felony convictions.
  • Drug crimes.
  • Failure to maintain a lawful immigration status.
  • Findings of immigration fraud.
  • Loss of permanent resident status (including abandonment)
  • Most felony convictions.
