Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative this is the main form you must file to start the process of sponsoring your parents for a green card.

If you are sponsoring both parents, you must file a separate I-130 form and pay a separate filing fee for each.

Form DS-260 Immigrant Visa Application if your parent is outside the U.S., they will need to complete this online form through the National Visa Center (NVC) before attending their visa interview.

Form I-485 Adjustment of Status if your parent is already in the U.S. legally, and a visa is available, they may file this form to adjust status without leaving the country.
