SIJS is a legal path for certain undocumented children under 21 who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both parents to get a green card.

This is the immigration petition to apply for SIJS. Include the court order, birth certificate, and other evidence.

Children approved for SIJS can still qualify even if they entered illegally, overstayed a visa, or worked without permission.

Once I-360 is approved (or sometimes at the same time), you can file Form I-485 (Green Card Application) but only if a visa is available under the SIJS category.
