Yes, you can include your spouse and children under 21 and unmarried in your asylum application.

If they arrive later, you may be able to add them by updating your I-589 before your case is decided.

If your asylum is granted, you can petition for your spouse and children abroad using Form I-730, within 2 years of approval.
