Some years back, I did some stupid shit. Now I have a criminal record from my home country. Will this affect my green card application?

Yes, a criminal record can affect your green card application. It depends on the nature of the offense and if it’s considered grounds for inadmissibility. Consult an immigration lawyer for guidance.

Yeah, it might. Criminal records can impact your green card process, depending on the case.

Yeah, it could. You might need to explain or get a waiver for it.
