So I want to bring my elderly parents to the U.S. They’re back home in India. Please what visa should they apply for?

Your parents can apply for IR-5 visas if you’re a U.S. citizen aged 21 or older, allowing them to live permanently in the U.S. as immediate relatives.

Apply for a B-2 Visitor Visa for short stays or file Form I-130 for permanent residence if you have become a permenant resident
