Pls, how can I prove that I don’t have immigrant intent if I want to visit my spouse in the U.S. on a tourist visa?

Just show strong ties to your home country, like a job, family, or property. Demonstrating a clear, temporary purpose for your visit can also strengthen your case.

I think you can submit a letter from your employer confirming your job and expected return date. Also documents showing you own a home or property. Even evidence of close family members you support or care for in your country or proof of your enrollment in a local school can work.
