My U.S. citizen spouse and I are separated but not divorced. Can I still apply for a Green Card based on our marriage?

Yes, you can still apply if the marriage is legally valid and wasn’t fraudulent

USCIS may investigate the legitimacy of your relationship more closely. You might need to prove the marriage was entered into in good faith.

Attending interviews separately may be required. However, getting a divorce before approval may end your eligibility unless you qualify for a waiver

Yes you can, as long as you are able to prove that the marriage is still legally valid and was entered into in good faith
