My U.S. citizen child just turn 21. How long it will take for him to sponsor me?

Your U.S. citizen child can file Form I-130. As an immediate relative, processing takes 12 - 24 months, depending on USCIS and consular delays. Adjustment of status may be faster if you're in the U.S.
