My older brother just received a denial letter for his adjustment of status. Can he appeal or reopen the case?

Yes, your brother may be able to appeal or file a motion to reopen, depending on the reason for denial. He should consult an immigration attorney immediately.

Yes, he may be able to appeal or request a case reopening, but it depends on the denial reason. Speaking with an immigration attorney is strongly recommended.
