My best friend, he apply for asslyum but denied. What do he do?

If USCIS deny him, they may send him to Immigration Court, where he can present his case again before a judge. If not, he may have to leave the US unless he gets another status

Your friend can appeal the decision to the BIA within 30 days. If BIA denies him again, he can take the case to a federal court
