Please help- I am so frustrated. We sent the medical after an RFE and we have a tracking number but USCIS has not acknowledged it, and I cannot get to a live person on the phone and I have tried many times. Has anyone had this problem and can give advice?

Hi Allen, You may check the application status using the tracking number. If delivered, we need to wait until the deadline date. After that, we can send a follow-up or e-request to the USCIS for prompt action.
