I’ve been in the U.S. on an F1 visa for 6 years (Bachelor’s + Master’s). Will this affect my chances of getting a green card?

Being on an F-1 visa for six years doesn't directly affect your green card chances, but it does mean that you’ll need a clear path to a green card, whether through employment, family, or another route. If you're applying based on a job offer, the employer will need to sponsor you, and they may need to justify the timing
