I'm an F-1 student and want to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT), but I'm not sure if I can work part-time. What are my options?

As an F-1 student on OPT, you can work part-time (about 20 hours a week) while studying and full-time once you’ve finished your degree, as long as you follow USCIS guidelines.
