I'm a US citizen and want to sponsor my fiancé(e) for a K-1 visa, but we're planning a large wedding and want to know if we can get married in the US before the interview. What are our options?

Typically, the K-1 visa requires that the couple gets married in the US after the fiancé(e) enters the country.

If you get married before the interview, you may need to change the visa application process.
