I'm a U.S. citizen and my parents are here with me but they don't have a green card. Can I sponsor them?

If your parents are eligible, you will need to file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, to sponsor them for a green card.

You can check if your parents are eligible for a green card through a family-based petition.
