I’m a DACA recipient and just married a U.S. citizen. Can I apply for a green card without leaving the country?

Yes, if you entered the U.S. legally, you can apply for a green card through marriage. If not, you may need a waiver or consular processing. Consult an attorney.

Yes, but it depends on how you entered the U.S. Consult an immigration attorney to assess your options.
