I'm a citizen of Mexico, I've been living in the US without documentation for 5 years. I want to apply for a work permit. What are my options?

You may be eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which would allow you to apply for a work permit.

If you are from a country designated for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), you may be eligible for a work permit.

If you are a victim of a crime, he may be eligible for a U visa, which would allow you to apply for a work permit.
