I won the Diversity Visa Lottery but was previously denied a U.S. visa. Can I still immigrate?

Hello, Camille.  I think that this depend on the reason for your previous denial. If it was a simple rejection, you may still qualify. You may want to speak to an immigration attorney, just to make sure.

Agree with Maryl, if denial was due to fraud, criminal history, or misrepresentation, you may need a waiver, or you could be ineligible. Still an attorney would advise better.

Hmmm.. I think an attorney would do better justice to this one
