I received a Notice to Appear (NTA) for removal proceedings. What steps should I take immediately?

My best advise for you is contact an immigration attorney immediately, gather all immigration documents, and attend all hearings. Missing a hearing can result in automatic removal.

What you should do is contact an immigration lawyer right away, review the NTA carefully, and prepare to attend your court hearing. Trust me, missing it could result in automatic removal.

Consult an immigration attorney, review your NTA details, and prepare for your court hearing.
