I married a U.S. citizen, but I entered the U.S. illegally. Can I get a green card?

Hmmmm It depends. If eligible, you may apply for adjustment of status after filing Form I-601A for a provisional waiver to address unlawful presence. If approved, you’ll need to attend a visa interview at a U.S. consulate abroad.
