I just received a notice to appear in the America immigration court for removal proceedings because I stayed too long after my student visa expired. What do I do now?

Personally, I think you can try to apply for cancellation of removal or change your status. Also talk to a lawyer to see if you can get help.

If you get a Notice to Appear for removal because you stayed too long after your student visa expired, you gotta talk to an immigration lawyer fast. They can tell you what to do, like maybe try to stop the removal, change your status, or ask to leave on your own. You need to act quick because there are deadlines before your court date.
