One year after your asylum grant, file Form I‑485 (Adjustment of Status) with USCIS. Include your asylum approval notice, I‑94, medical exam (Form I‑693), photos, fees and supporting documents. Attend biometrics and interview. Upon approval, you’ll receive your Green Card.
