I got a Request for Evidence (RFE)—how serious is that? Does it reduce my chances? I'm honestly panicking at this point.

An RFE isn’t a denial—it just means USCIS needs more info. It’s serious, but with a strong response, your chances can still be very good. Don’t panic—just prepare.

Think of an RFE as an opportunity, not a denial. Submit the requested info by the deadline, and your case stays on track.

Receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE) isn’t a denial; it’s a chance to provide missing info and strengthen your case. Responding promptly and thoroughly can keep your application on track.
