I fled my home country due to persecution and applied for asylum in the US. However, my application was denied, and I received a deportation order. Can I appeal the decision, and what are my chances of success?

You can appeal the denial of your asylum application to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) within 30 days of receiving the deportation order

The chances of success on appeal depend on the specific circumstances of your case, including the strength of your initial application and any new evidence you can provide.
