I entered the U.S. without inspection. Can I apply for a green card?

I'll advise that you consult an immigration attorney. Because, generally, if you entered the U.S. without inspection, you are not eligible to adjust your status to a green card holder. However, there are some exceptions, such as if you are eligible for a waiver or if you are a beneficiary of certain family-based petitions.
