I am in the U.S. on a tourist visa (B-2) and want to marry a U.S. citizen. Can I stay and adjust my status?

I think you can, if your marriage is genuine, your spouse can file a Form I-130 petition, and you can adjust status with Form I-485.

I would advise, be careful with intent. If USCIS thinks your marriage is arranged, you may be denied
