The EB-5 Investor Visa allows you to immigrate if you invest at least $800,000 in a U.S. business and create jobs.

You can apply for E-2 investor visa but it doesn’t directly lead to permanent residency. Or better still, just go for EB-5 visa that requires you to invest money in a US business and you can get a green card.
