I am a victim of domestic violence but I'm married to a US citizen. Can I self-petition for a green card?

You can self-petition for a green card under VAWA if you're a victim of domestic violence and married to a US citizen.

File Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant.

Yes you can. You would have the opportunity of petitioning for yourself without your abuser's knowledge or consent.

You'll need to provide evidence of the abuse and your relationship.
