You can't edit a submitted DS-160, but you can fill out a new one and bring the confirmation to your interview.

To fix errors, submit a new DS-160 and update the confirmation number with the embassy or consulate if needed.

Once submitted, DS-160 can't be changed—just complete a new form and use the new confirmation page.
