You can file a petition for them as immediate relatives if you’re a U.S. citizen, or through family-based immigration if you’re a lawful permanent resident. After approval, they can apply for a visa and join you in the U.S. The process includes submitting Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and going through the visa application process.
