Can a Green Card holder apply for U.S. citizenship immediately after marrying a U.S. citizen?

I don't think so, a Green Card holder cannot apply for U.S. citizenship immediately after marrying a U.S. citizen. They must first hold their Green Card for at least 3 years if married to the U.S. citizen during that time, and meet other residency and eligibility requirements before applying.
