My spouse is a US citizen and we recently got married. I am living outside the US. How long will it take for me to get an immigrant visa

Spouses of US citizens are considered immediate relatives, so there is no annual visa cap. Once the petition is approved, consular processing can take a few months to about a year depending on document processing and interview scheduling.
