My sis wants to know if she can move her business from Canada to US. Which type of visa is for that?

I think L1 visa may work for her

I will say maybe investor visa but she will invest in a US business. She can register the business in US first and invest in it to get investor visa

You can try investor visa. E2 is not for green card but EB5 can give you green card
