My problem is I am undocumented immigrant who has lived in the U.S. for over 10 years. Is there any pathway to legalization under these new programs or parole options?

Yes, recent programs like Parole in Place may offer options, especially for undocumented spouses of U.S. citizens. Consult an immigration attorney to explore your specific eligibility.

You might have options under new programs like Parole in Place, especially if you have close U.S. citizen family. It’s worth speaking with an immigration lawyer about your situation.

Yes—if you’re married to a U.S. citizen and have lived here 10+ years, you may qualify for parole‑in‑place, enabling work permits and eventual green card application. Other options include U‑visas, asylum, or Section 245(i) relief.
