My mother applied to sponsor me for green card but we havent gotten the response yet and I will clock 21 years soon. Can I still qualify as dependent or it will be canceled?

That is a serious issue. If you are 21 before the green card application is processed, I think it can affect your dependent status

Child Status Protection Act can help by freezing your age. Ask your lawyer about how they calculate it

If your mother filed before you turned 21, you may still qualify under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). Your age is "frozen" at filing. Consult an immigration lawyer for confirmation.

Ana and Shania is right, If your petition is pending, you may still qualify under CSPA to freeze your age.
