My I-485 adjustment of status application is pending, and I have an approved Advance Parole. Is it safe to travel internationally?

Generally, yes. If you have a valid Advance Parole document, you can reenter the U.S. while your adjustment application is pending.

Yes, it is safe. But make sure to keep the travel short so that you don't raise questions about abandonment of residence
