My husband is a Syrian resident and I am an American citizen we've been going through the immigration process since November 2023 when we were married. Finally we received an interview date of April 2025 which we both attended in Jordan. We were told at that time my husband needed his military book translated and also we needed a joint sponsor. In June of 2025 we submitted this information to them from that time on We were put in administrative processing up until December 16th of 2025. At that time I received an email to have my husband come back to Jordan present his passport have a new exam because it was an administrative processing so long they exam we had done in April expired and to supply a new passport photo. Because my husband had to obtain a visa to travel to Jordan we were unable to travel until January 4th 2026. My husband arrived there had new exam presented his passport and photo. On January 5th the next day I received an email from my husband to come pick up his passport they could not stamp it with a Visa due to president Trump's new ban. This is totally ridiculous we have followed everything legally through an attorney and he has lumped everyone into the same procedure. We need to have people come together who are trying to do everything by the book and file a lawsuit against the president for his unjust policy for us. He has now caused Great anguish and financial anguish to me and my family. Let's get together file a lawsuit have him pay for what he has done to the citizens who voted for him and who are trying to do everything legally. We have no end in sight now for when my husband to come and it has been 3 years it's time for us to be a family. The president was to make America great again and now only has caused America to be in turmoil and the citizens to be devastated by his policies.
