Yes, if your I-140 was approved and not revoked for fraud or misrepresentation, you keep your priority date.

You can transfer that date to a new I-140 with another employer.

If your employer withdrew before 180 days of approval, it may not count.

Having an approved I-140 also helps extend H-1B beyond 6 years.
