My child was born in the U.S., does that mean I can stay legally as their parent?

No, having a child born in the U.S. does not automatically give you legal status to stay as their parent. You must qualify for a visa or other immigration benefit on your own, and your U.S. citizen child can only sponsor you for a Green Card when they turn 21.
