My brother is an American citizen. He filed an I-130 petition for me. He died two months after filing the petition. My brother gave me photocopies of all his documents। He gave me a photocopy of my brother's passport, dual citizenship, social security photocopy. And he arranged all our documents. And after a few days he left for America. After a few days, he returned to Bangladesh to take his three sons to America, but he died suddenly. What do we do now?

The I-130 petition does not automatically continue after your brother's death normally; it is considered revoked, but you may be eligible to request "humanitarian reinstatement" of the I-130 petition.

You need to submit a letter to USCIS requesting humanitarian reinstatement, explaining your situation clearly.

Strong humanitarian reasons help your case for example, your ties to the U.S., family hardship, your health, financial hardship, etc.
