My aunt got her conditional green card through marriage to my uncle that is a US Citizen. Things are not working out now, and they want to get divorced. Will she lose her green card?

As long as she files the petition to remove the condition on time, I don't think she will have any problem

It is if the time to remove the condition expires that she will lose her legal status and can be deported
