I’m an undocumented immigrant who has lived in the U.S. for over 10 years. Is there any pathway to legalization under the new programs or parole options?

Yes. If you’re married to a U.S. citizen and have lived in the U.S. for over 10 years, you may qualify for Biden’s expanded Parole in Place, allowing status adjustment without leaving—though temporarily paused by court.

If you are in removal proceedings before an immigration judge, you may be eligible for cancellation of removal if you can demonstrate that your removal would cause extreme and exceptional hardship to a qualifying relative (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, parent, or child). You must also demonstrate good moral character and have no serious criminal history.
