I'm an older retired disabled gentleman and I have a lady friend who is almost a LPN I struggle daily doing chores , cooking , cleaning , bathing . I would like to sponsor my friend and her daughter to come and help me as I get older and things get harder for me a single older disabled gentleman . I have the means to provide housing , food , medical and education for them so they would need no public assistance. How can I sponsor them to come aid me and better their lives on my means . You can sponsor your friend and her daughter by filing Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

You must meet the eligibility requirements, including being a US citizen or lawful permanent resident, and demonstrating that you can provide financial support for your friend and her daughter

Once the I-130 petition is approved, your friend and her daughter can apply for a visa at a US embassy or consulate in their home country.

There is no specific "caregiver visa," but your friend may be eligible for a B-2 visa (visitor visa) or an H-1B visa (temporary worker visa) if she can demonstrate that she will be providing care for you.

It is highly recommended that you consult an immigration attorney to ensure that you follow the correct process and meet all the eligibility requirements.
