As an H-1B visa holder, you are eligible to bring your nanny to the United States on a B-1 visa for domestic workers, but there are some clauses and conditions.


You must have employed the nanny for at least one year prior to your U.S. stay or have a history of regularly employing domestic help. The nanny must have at least one year of experience as a domestic worker, maintain a residence outside the U.S. that they do not intend to abandon.


Yes, you must be ready to also pay US minimum wage, no matter where they're from and accommodation, and travel expense.
