I'm a Green Card holder and want to apply for US citizenship, but I've moved to a different state. What should I do?

Did you just move to your new address? You must live in your current state or USCIS service district for at least three months before applying for citizenship. If you’ve already moved, wait three months after moving to file Form N-400.

When applying for U.S. citizenship as a Green Card holder who has moved, you should live in your new state for at least three months before submitting your application. And it's always best to update your new address as soon as possible after 3 months.
