If my asylum case is denied, can I still apply for marriage-based adjustment of status?

Yes, if you marry a U.S. citizen, you may be able to adjust status despite a denied asylum case.

If you are in removal proceedings, the case may need to be reopened before applying.

If your asylum was denied for fraud, adjustment could be much more difficult or impossible.
