If I already applied for the tps and don't receive yet can I apply for asylum?

TPS and asylum are separate so I don’t think it will affect anything

You can apply for asylum as you are waiting for tps

Yes, tps and asylum are different types of relief. You can apply for asylum if it is not more than one year since you arrive in America
