I married my wife. She had child when i married her. Can i sponsor the child as mine? she is 12 years old living abroad

Yes, I sponsored my stepchild too! If you married before she turned 18, you can file a petition to bring her here.

If you have the means for it, by all means go for it. It's allowed.
